Organization Structure / Staff
As illustrated in the NKAPC
Staff Organization Chart, NKAPCs professional staff is
divided into four administrative areas and five substantive departments.
The administrative areas cover public information, administration,
financial affairs and HR, and information technology. The five departments
include: building codes administration; GIS administration; infrastructure
engineering; current planning; and long-range planning. Each administrative
area is headed by a key staff person; each department is headed
by a deputy director. All administrative functions and department
heads answer to the executive director.
